Brew it right.
Great coffee is never rushed. Follow our ritual and let every brew become a moment of mindfulness.
Use 2 heaped teaspoons (10–12g) per 150ml. Adjust to your preferred strength.
Bring water to 90–96°C. Never boiling — it scorches the grounds and masks delicate flavours.
Pour in a slow, steady spiral. Let it bloom for 30 seconds before completing your pour.
Hold the cup with both hands. Breathe it in. This is your Hygge moment — be fully present.
