Return and refund policy
Coffee is a perishable natural product, so we are unable to accept returns on coffee orders. If you have any issues with your order such as you received an incorrect/ damaged/ defective product, kindly contact us at gbsavitha@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt of the product to discuss about the issue with the following details:
- Your full name
- Contact phone number used in the purchase order and your email address
- Purchase Invoice or the order confirmation email
- Photos of the product along with the packaging
If the product replacement is approved, we will let you know and reissue the replacement order. Depending on the stock availability and delivery location, it may take approximately 10-14 business days to deliver the replacement product from the re-issue date.
If the product is out of stock for an extended period or off the market, we may decide to issue a refund credited to your account within 14 business days.
Error with your order:
If there has been an error with your order, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase, with the detail requested above, before your order has been shipped.
Once the order is shipped, unfortunately we will not be able to cancel the order or issue the refund.
