Hygge India uses ‘The Professional Courier’ service to delivery our products. Products are shipped within 5 business days or earlier to the shipping address provided once we have received the payment for the order. We will notify you if there are extended delays in the shipment due to product availability or service location.
Delivery time frames may vary depending on the shipping location. Generally our products may be delivered within 10 business days from the shipment date for most locations within India.
We will notify you via phone call or an email if the door delivery service is not available to your location and may work with you for an alternate solution such as using an alternate delivery service which may incur additional charges. Alternatively, we may issue a refund credited to your account within 7-14 business days.
Please note shipping charges may vary based on the location and the product weight.
Shipping service coverage
Hygge India Coffee products can be shipped to most parts of the following states: Karnataka, Southern parts of India, Chandigarh, Delhi, Goa, Gujarat, and Maharashtra. Please note door delivery service may not be available in some of locations due to service coverage. We will notify you via phone call or an email if the door delivery service is not available to your location, and may work with you for an alternate solution such as using an alternate delivery service which may incur additional charges. Alternatively, we may issue a refund credited to your account within 7-14 business days.
Incorrect shipping address
If you have entered an incorrect shipping address or made a mistake, please contact us within 7 days before your order is shipped.
Once your order is shipped, unfortunately we will not be able to cancel the order or issue a refund. Hygge India is not responsible for orders with incorrect shipping address.
